Returns Policy


If you wish to cancel or return any unwanted products you must do this within 14days of receiving the goods and you will receive a full product refund. This applies to unopened products only, except for Dermalogica products on which we offer a 100% money back guarantee.

Unfortunately if you have a reaction to, or are unsatisfied with a product, from a brand other than Dermalogica, we cannot accept it back for a refund. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

If you have benefited from free delivery we reserve the right to refund the cost of your products minus any delivery costs we have incurred in sending the products out to you.

To return products please follow the following instructions:

  • Email us at quoting the order number and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reason for the return.
  • Please await an email response and instructions from our customer services team.
  • Repackage your items in the original packaging.
